This international producer and seller of structural elements for the entertainment industry wanted to distribute all its online publications via one central website in five languages.

Strategy geared to greater engagement

The partnership began with a detailed strategic preparatory process: running through the Sterc model. We translated the analysis from the model into online solutions, linked to conversion goals such as contact requests and downloads of white papers, flyers and manuals. Together with Prolyte’s marketeers, we mapped data streams and results from user surveys. One of the results of this was a link between the website and Exact Synergie, which contains all Prolyte’s products.

Sterc developed an international online platform that functions as an interactive sales tool and corporate knowledge base with various landing pages. Management has also been simplified; all content management for the multilingual website is now carried out from within one CMS: MODX. We aim to create engagement among all users with a forum and social media. And it’s working: the brand experience has improved considerably, both internally and externally.
