Questback is founded in Norway and now serves clients in more than 50 countries. With offices in eight countries, they’re a true multinational. Questback builds feedback software that is used by companies as Nespresso, Nintendo, Siemens, Universal and Toyota.
Large companies that have high expectations of this software. They use the software to conduct market research, measure customer satisfaction and gain customer insights.
Questback already used a MODX website. But since then, MODX has seen great improvements, so it was time for a revamp. Due to the international character and size of the company, they were looking for the best web agency in the field of MODX. And they found that in us.
We started with an audit. We looked at the safety and speed, but also usability and other things. The audit revealed a list of possible points for improvement.
We started with the optimisation in the back end. This is particularly evident in Google's Pagespeed score. With a 90/100 it’s a very fast website. That’s because we also improved the hosting, in collaboration with MODX Cloud. Now, all the local websites are fast as lightning.
We also updated the CMS itself, as well as the plug-ins that were used. In addition, we implemented a number of our Sterce Extras, such as the SEO Tab and SEO Suite. Because it's an internationally operating company, we've also made sure they can use multiple international pages without being penalized by Google for duplicate content.
But we are not finished yet. The audit also revealed that there was still room for improvement in usability. That’s what we’re going to focus on in the next six months. We focus less on the technical side of things, but look at it from a marketing point of view.

One of the greatest aspects of this project is the international cooperation. During the kick-off, for example, 10 different countries took part. In order to perfectly tailor our workflow to the wishes of the customer, we work in monthly releases. This way, we can easily continue to develop with all marketing managers worldwide.
